We have an Enrolled Agent (EA) on staff. An EA is licensed by the IRS and can talk directly to the IRS on your behalf. We answer many IRS letters during the season and off-season at no additional cost. In fact, if you are audited, we will attend the audit with you at no additional cost, if necessary.
We offer all the loan products available and we provide free electronic filing (IRS e-file) which is the best way to receive your refund.
